Lavan 541 Chelsea features 5000 square feet of open space with 20 foot ceilings and is designed to host inspirational event experiences. Lavan 541 Chelsea is the perfect space for corporate conferences, production launches, pop up activations, fashion presentations, social and non profit events as well as photo and film shoots.
Built into the venue is a state-of the-art sound and lighting system, and a permanent installation of 270 degree projection mapping in the main room. Lavan 541 Chelsea is street level, filled with natural daylight, centrally located at 541 West 25th Street, and less than a 5 minute walk from Hudson Yards.

Featuring our 10’ high street facing windows and 20’ high skylight, during the day the event space is flooded with sunlight and at night a view of shimmering lights. We have also installed black out shades throughout the venue for those who require complete blackout.
Green Room
Our green room is designed as a private and calming space connecting directly into the Skylight room for those VIPs who need to make a grand entrance or just kick back and relax. The space includes a vanity station for hair and makeup along with a lounge section, private bathroom and storage closet.

We are compliant with all ADA standards and built an environment for people with disabilities

Our full service warm-up kitchen is equipped with convection ovens, warm up boxes, fridges/freezers, coffee machines, ice machine and staff restrooms. At all events our kitchen supervisor will be on premises in order to conduct proper use of the warm up areas.
